FAQ

I see individuals (ages 12+), couples, and parents navigating a wide range of challenges—stress, relationship tension, ADHD, anxiety, and more. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a rock-bottom moment to start therapy here. If you’re ready to do the work, we’ll meet you there.
-
Direct, practical, and focused on outcomes. I don’t believe in dragging things out or talking in circles. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift—then build strategies you can actually use outside the session.
-

-
Yes. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consult. It’s low-pressure and gives us a chance to talk through your goals and any questions.
-
You can text, email, or fill out the form on the booking page to start the conversation. I’ll get back to you quickly to help assess fit and next steps.

I enjoy working in person—especially when we can map things out on the whiteboard and tackle problems side by side. But in-person isn’t “better.” Virtual therapy (telehealth) can be just as effective, and it’s often the easier choice if you’re juggling a full schedule.
